Come enjoy a tour of Campus 244, one of the Southeast’s most exciting adaptive reuse projects. Hear from project team members from RocaPoint, a Georgetown Company affiliate, that are spearheading the delivery of this fantastic addition to the Central Perimeter submarket. Attendees can expect to see the reworking of the existing office building and other new ground-up components of the 12-acre, mixed-use development.

The development team acquired the campus, formerly the Gold Kist headquarters, to reposition it for the modern era and will be opening the first phase of the project this summer. The project includes a 380,000 square foot, 5-story office building; a hotel; retail; and enhanced outdoor spaces, and is already shaping up to be one of Atlanta’s premier office environments. Insight Global and Beon have already signed significant leases at the office project, and the hotel will be branded as the Element by Westin Atlanta Perimeter Hotel.
