Join New City and its project partners in touring the campus of one of Atlanta’s most highly regarded new developments as it approaches the completion of its first phase of development. Since being acquired in 2017, New City and its team have developed Fourth Ward into a premier mixed-use complex including office, residential, hotel, and retail uses along with some of Atlanta’s best pedestrian connectivity to the Beltline and surrounding parks.

Tour participants can expect to learn about the design process and hear directly from team project members about the successes and challenges of the development. We plan to see the recently opened Fourth Ward Offices and Overline Residences, along with abundant outdoor spaces flowing through the campus. The group will also have the unique opportunity to get an early look at the upcoming hotel and social club scheduled for opening this year.
