Fulton County Site Developer(s) For Fulton Industrial

Fulton County, Georgia (“County”) is soliciting a Request for Information (“RFI”) to determine market interest in developing one or more County-owned sites totaling approximately 15.2 acres (+/-) on Fulton Industrial Boulevard (“FIB”). The County believes that these properties are best considered as clusters of assembled parcels, comprising three distinct development sites (“sites”). Developers who may be interested in developing one or more of these sites should respond to this RFI.
