ULI Atlanta is excited to share our new strategic plan for 2023- 2026. This plan will serve as the foundation for our programmatic and strategic priorities over the next three years throughout ULI Atlanta’s geography including the entire state of Georgia and Eastern Tennessee.

In alignment with ULI’s global mission priorities – the plan identifies four key issue areas: 1) the critical role housing affordability plays in the Atlanta region; 2) infrastructure transit investment and implementation; 3) ESG and what role the real estate sector plays in decarbonization the built environment, and 4) DEI in real estate development. These core issues underpin ULI Atlanta’s work for 2023 and beyond by leveraging member engagement, educational programming, trainings, and thought leadership on complex issues.
