State Farm Insurance Co.’s 2.2 million-square-foot campus in Dunwoody is the latest walkable district connected by transit and lined with street-level retail. Officially known as Park Center, the campus converts Hammond Drive from a morning and afternoon thoroughfare to a corridor that shares some of the urban feel of intown Atlanta.
Come tour and hear the story behind Atlanta’s newest urban center from the architect Bill Halter with Cooper Carry and the developer Alex Chambers with KDC Real Estate Development.
