    Cheri Morris

    Morris & Fellows, Inc.

    Cheri Morris develops and owns upscale mixed-use communities, with a focus on downtown revitalizations. Morris completed Alpharetta City Center in 2019, and is currently underway with a public-private partnership to develop Woodstock City Center. Both her earlier Main Street Woodstock development and Alpharetta City Center have garnered international attention as unprecedented financial successes and drivers of ancillary economic development in their downtown environs. She was also on the teams that created downtown Rosemary Beach on Florida’s Emerald Coast, The Summit, one of the nation’s first and most successful lifestyle centers, Vickery Village in Forsyth County, Town Brookhaven on Dresden Drive, Luckie Marietta, a three-block dining and entertainment district on Centennial Olympic Park in downtown Atlanta, and Lime Grove, a mixed use resort in Barbados Morris & Fellows’ development projects have been awarded the “Development of Excellence” by the Urban Land Institute, cited as “Development of the Year” by the Atlanta Regional Commission, received the CNU International Charter Award for Best Neighborhood-Scale District, named “America’s Best Smart Growth Community” by the National Homebuilders Association, and “America’s Neighborhood” by Better Homes and Gardens Magazine. Cheri also consults to municipalities, creating downtown revitalization plans that combine her unique knowledge of both public sector planning and private sector development. She is a sought-after thought leader in urban planning and a principal in public-private partnerships, often heading teams that redevelop the downtown districts of cities and towns based on her master plans. Morris served on the teaching faculty of the International Council of Shopping Centers for over 20 years. She is a frequent speaker for such groups as ICSC, Urban Land Institute, Congress for the New Urbanism and the Atlanta Regional Commission, and has contributed to several prestigious medi

    Kristen Morris

    Principal, Morris & Fellows, Inc.

    Kristen Morris, previously Chief Retail Strategist at Jamestown, has rejoined her family business, Morris & Fellows, bringing her national experience to merge with the town center development expertise of M&F principal Cheri Morris. Ms. Morris has spent her 35-year career on the leading edge of retail and mixed-use real estate development. She blends long-term industry perspective, multi-disciplinary experience, sophisticated data analytics, and relevant cultural and demographic dynamics to arrive at creative, strategic approaches to each unique property. Her industry experience includes mixed-use development planning and retail programming; development visioning and place strategy; retail proforma inputs and market advisory; retail merchandising and leasing; branding and marketing; market data intelligence for a broad spectrum of retail real estate product types, including urban retail streets, urban mixed-use districts, new urbanist development, multifamily, mixed-use developments, traditional, enclosed malls, lifestyle centers, and grocery-anchored community centers. During her tenure at Jamestown, Ms. Morris built a retail brokerage services division, bringing retail portfolio strategic planning, merchandising, and leasing in-house. She spent the last three years at Jamestown leading the Place and Development Advisory for Google’s Silicon Valley large-scale mixed-use campus projects. Kristen is an active member of ICSC, ULI, ULI Livable Communities Council, and ULI’s Silver Retail Council.

    Piper Campbell Gibson

    Brokerage Services Associate|Leasing Tenant Representation, Cushman & Wakefield

    Piper Campbell Gibson is a Brokerage Services Associate for Cushman & Wakefield in their Midtown Manhattan office. In 2022, Ms. Gibson joined the office leasing team of John Cefaly & Robert Lowe, where she focuses on account servicing, lease coordination, and tenant representation. Prior to her tenure at Cushman & Wakefield, Ms. Gibson worked with the retail team at Jamestown Properties in NYC & her family’s business, Morris & Fellows, in Atlanta. During her time with Jamestown, Ms. Gibson worked on high-profile projects including Chelsea Market and the redevelopment of One Times Square (OTS) – home of the New Year’s Eve ball drop. The repositioning of OTS includes extensive integration of augmented and virtual reality, which allowed Ms. Gibson to participate in the planning and creation of Virtual New Year’s Eve (VNYE), a metaverse experience. While with Morris & Fellows, Ms. Gibson participated in the development and eventual disposition of Alpharetta City Center. She leveraged her knowledge of graphic design to manage the project’s digital presence and promotional materials during construction & leasing. During the project’s disposition in 2019, she transitioned to a tenant coordination and assistant project management role.
