    As we kick off a new year, join us at Gensler's recently redesigned space in the heart of Midtown for a unique behind the scenes experience.  The Gensler team will guide attendees on their journey from vision to concept to execution.  Attendees will learn more about the experience drivers of the project and how Gensler translates this to projects with their clients. With focuses on wellness, inclusivity and sustainability, join us as we explore new ideas and experimentation in the workplace of today and tomorrow.

    Gail Malone

    Principal, Atlanta Race & Diversity Committee Leader and Technical Director, Gensler

    With over 20 years of experience, Gail brings strength and versatility to all of her roles. She approaches project delivery with a gear towards efficiency and high-quality design. As Technical Director, Gail leads projects at every scale to manage, design, and deliver exceptional work for our clients. She was awarded the Gensler 2020 Design Realization Award which recognizes the talent and dedication to excellence of our technical community. Gail exemplifies leadership through her role as a member of Gensler’s Global Race and Diversity Committee. She currently leads Atlanta’s Community Impact group where her team established Club Ideate, a summer program in partnership with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta where architects and designers work with club members on design challenges that encourage creativity, design thinking and empathy. Gail received her Bachelor’s in Interior Design from the University of Alabama.

    Breezy Adiano

    Associate & Designer, Gensler

    With over six years in the industry, Breezy started her career as an interior designer where she developed an interest in environmental graphic design and pushed to implement these solutions within her projects. Working with Gensler Atlanta’s brand studio, Breezy helps to bridge the gap between the built environment and the brand experience. She enjoys what environmental graphics can bring to the interior environment and believes that it helps the user truly connect to the passion that their space was built to inspire.

    Erin Greer

    Principal, Strategy Leader and Global Technology Practice Area Leader, Gensler

    Erin is Gensler’s Global Technology Leader and Strategy Leader based in Gensler’s Atlanta office. An interior designer with over 15 years of experience, she oversees the design of creative spaces that support the future of work for the sector’s top companies and talent. Her passion for creating great working experiences for her team and clients guides her unique point of view. An experienced project director with a focus on design and a background in design and construction management, Erin has overseen a wide range of major projects, both locally and globally for clients including Trilith Studios, NCR, Fitzco / Momentum / Weber Shandwick, Inspire Brands, Kimberly-Clark, 22squared, Jamestown, Cox Automotive, CSE, Atlanta Tech Village, The Gathering Spot, and Erwin Penland.

    Jennifer Thornton

    Atlanta Workplace Studio Director, Gensler

    Jennifer is a Studio Director based in the Gensler Atlanta office. She brings over 15 years of experience supervising projects and driving collaboration between clients, team members, and consultants. A licensed architect, Jennifer has delivered full-service design services for clients like NCR, Inspire Brands, and The Coca-Cola Company from the initial visioning phase to project closeout. She is a graduate of ULI Atlanta’s Center for Leadership class of 2021, and she is currently pursuing an Executive M.B.A. from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
