Join ULI Atlanta on Tuesday, November 14th for our annual Trends in Real Estate program. The program will highlight trends outlined in the highly regarded Emerging Trends in Real Estate® publication.

Emerging Trends in Real Estate® is 40+ year old report jointly released by the Urban Land Institute and PwC and culminates insights from over 1,700 real estate and land use practitioners across the country who are interviewed on real estate investment and development trends each year. Currently, the economy is being defined by rising interest rates and uncertainty over future market conditions. However, most of the real estate professionals interviewed for this report are cautiously optimistic about the longer-term prospects for the industry. What should the industry expect to be the best opportunities in the coming year?
