Urban Land Institute Atlanta Selects New Executive Director
Daphne Bond-Godfrey to succeed Sarah Kirsch
ULI Atlanta is pleased to announce the 26th Annual Awards for Excellence program on May 19th at the Eastern.
Congratulations to the twelve projects who have made an outstanding impact on the Atlanta region. The Awards for Excellence program elevates real estate development projects and initiatives that exemplify ULI’s mission to shape the future of cities for transformative impact worldwide.
The Awards are open to ULI members and non-members with projects located within Georgia and Eastern Tennessee. All submissions are evaluated by a jury of ULI members, representing all major segments of the industry. The jury considers how a development demonstrates leadership, innovation, market success, sustainability, resilience, and meets the current and future needs of its surrounding community.

In addition, we will honor individual award recipients Noel Khalil for the Frank Carter Community Achievement Award and Bill Bolling for the Dan and Tally Sweat Community Leadership Award!
