Dear ULI Members and Friends,
I am pleased to announce that David Allman, Chairman of Regent Partners, will be the next Chair of ULI Atlanta, effective July 1st. David runs one of most successful developer/investment firms in the Southeast and has a strong passion for the responsible use of the land.
Since its inception in 1988, Regent Partners has acquired and developed more than ten million square feet across the Southeast – all valued in excess of two billion dollars. In late 2012, the company acquired Concourse Corporate Center, a 2+ million square foot landmark development situated at the confluence of I-285, Georgia 400, Hammond Drive, and Peachtree Dunwoody Road. Concourse includes an 11 acre site which is zoned Mixed-Use and currently allows for the development of 650 for-sale condominium units and 70,000 SF of retail space.
David currently serves on ULI Atlanta’s Advisory Board and chaired last year’s highly successful ULI Atlanta’s Awards for Excellence program. Beyond ULI Atlanta, he is often an invited speaker at other District Council programs, such as in ULI Nashville and ULI Houston. David has been a ULI member since 1992 and currently serves on the Urban Development/Mixed-Use (UDMUC) Council.
With this announcement, David will join an esteemed group of present and past Chairs of ULI Atlanta, including Monte Wilson, John Goff, Terry Russell, Lance Patterson, Felix deGolian, Helen Hatch, Gregg Logan, Bob Silverman, Ralph Edwards and Bill Bugg.
Please join me in welcoming David Allman as the next Chair of ULI Atlanta!
