The purpose of this RFQ is to identify and pre-qualify a pool of development partners who can assist in the execution of this Impact Strategy, which will include the renovation of multi-family and single-family properties within the Target Area, with a primary focus on affordable and innovative housing solutions.

To solicit sealed bids from qualified attorneys currently licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia, who specialize in real estate law and who have demonstrated experience in preparing legal documents, title searches, loan closings, and the resolution of real estate problems.

RFP Appraisal Services for the Neighborhood Stabilization Program

To solicit proposals from qualified individuals or firms to assist the City of Carrollton in
obtaining appraisals of newly built single-family homes, land lots and/or foreclosed properties.  Individuals or firms that are found to be qualified will be put into a pool of appraisers which will then be assigned appraisals as the need arises.

Cultural Center Architectural and Engineering Services

This procurement will be conducted in two (2) phases: the Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) phase and a subsequent Request for Proposals (“RFP”) phase. The purpose of the RFQ phase is to seek Statements of Qualifications (“Response”) from highly qualified firms to provide all personnel, materials and services necessary to provide architectural, engineering and related design services (“Project”) for a site to consolidate several City venues including: the Sandy Springs Hospitality and Tourism offices; the Visit Sandy Springs Cultural Center. In addition, the City desires to incorporate into the site the Anne Frank in the World Exhibit currently housed in rental space in close proximity to the Visit Sandy Springs Cultural Center and the Sandy Springs Hospitality and Tourism offices, and office space for the Perimeter Chamber of Commerce (all venues to be consolidated in the Project are referred to herein as the “Venues”).
