“ChangeMakers”: Influential Women in Real Estate and Land Use

The ULI Atlanta Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) supports local programming and initiatives designed to increase both the number and visibility of women leaders in the real estate and land use industry.
An extension of that mission is recognizing women leaders who are making an impact in the Atlanta community through the recognition of being a … ChangeMaker.
The WLI Team welcomes your interest. The process is outlined below, followed by the application which is due on April 30.
Strong applicants will have the following:
- 15 years of professional experience in the real estate or land use industry
- Work within the ULI Atlanta District Council, which includes the State of Georgia
- Demonstrate dedication and commitment to the success of the Atlanta region
- Provide examples of significant impacts and influence on the built environment
- Showcase impact to the community through professional and/or volunteer roles
- Mentorship in the real estate and land use industry
– Applications are open between March 14 and April 30.
– Applications will be reviewed by ULI member leaders in May.
– Final selections will be announced in June.

WLI ChangeMakers are recognized on a cohort model with a rigorous nomination and selection process that is guided by former ChangeMakers. The program began in 2020; since then, we have added cohorts each year. Check out the ChangeMaker cohorts here: 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024.
