SOLD OUT : ULI Atlanta- Phipps Plaza’s New Look Tour
Join for a tour of one of Buckhead’s largest projects in years to see the recent upgrades to the Phipps Plaza campus. Attendees will hear about the unique programming and challenges involved with delivering the development encompassing the new Nobu Hotel Atlanta, Lifetime Fitness, the One Phipps Plaza office building, and surrounding public space to further transform one of Atlanta’s premier historic shopping malls into one of the City’s most dynamic mixed-use communities.
The tour will be led by members of the project’s architect and contractor, The Beck Group, and feature discussion on the project and a tour of the news spaces that will reposition Phipps Plaza for the new era of shopping malls!
