    Integral’s Assembly Yards has the status of being one of the nation’s premier mixed-use developments and transit hubs. Its connections include proximity to the Doraville and Chamblee MARTA stations, a proposed AMTRAC station, I-285, and driverless shuttle routes making the connection to PDK Airport and outside the perimeter a breeze.

    This Spring, Integral and its French partner NAVYA announced the arrival of a driverless clean energy shuttle that will connect the mixed elements inside of Assembly Yards to the transit points outside of Assembly Yards.

    We invite ULI members to come learn more about this unique, adaptive reuse community and how the autonomous shuttle, a first to market concept, will elevate Assembly Yards’ transit-oriented status.
