ULI Atlanta continues the Summer Project Tour Series giving ULI members a sneak peek into the newest development projects happening across the city. Tours will take place in-person, with limited capacity, and open to ULI members only following all local health mandates and guidelines.
In this edition, we will focus on Camden Buckhead. Designed by Niles Bolton Associates, Camden Buckhead is part of Camden Development, Inc’s multiphase redevelopment of a former 30-acre site in the heart of Buckhead Atlanta. Designed to serve as a modern, urban edge gateway into the West Village, Camden Buckhead consists of two residential buildings that front Roswell Road and form the northern edge of the village. The property offers premium amenities for residents, including multiple resort-style swimming pools, fitness centers, common lounge areas, grilling stations, a dog spa, a conference room, and bocce courts. One of the project’s buildings has been completed with the other scheduled for completion in early 2022. The group will be touring both buildings, giving everyone the chance to see the construction underway as well as the finished product.
