Midtown’s skyline has transformed dramatically over the last decade and based on news of proposed developments, this trend will continue into the coming years. Midtown Alliance – a coalition of business and community leaders has accounted for approximately 57 new buildings in the region since 2010, and the projects all provide highly demanded density for office, residential, and retail uses.

Please join WLI as we explore our changing city, and discuss what this means with a diverse panel of individuals dedicated to and invested in Midtown’s growth. We will be hearing representatives from Midtown Alliance, Cousins Properties, Portman Residential, Granite Properties, and CoStar Group discussing projects like the Norfolk Southern Headquarters, the Promenade renovation, the 1000 Spring mixed use project, and the ambitious and multi-faceted Midtown Union project.

    Speakers include

Kennedy Hicks, Executive Vice President, Cousins Properties

John F. Robbins, Senior Managing Director, Granite Properties

Brittani Sanders, Vice President, Development, Portman Residential

David Kahn, Director of Market Analytics, CoStar Group

Opening remarks from Ginny Kennedy, Director of Urban Design, Midtown Alliance.
