This adaptive reuse project is a 100,000sf former manufacturing facility set on 3.7 acres adjacent to Interstate 20 in Southwest Atlanta. The campus is now undergoing an adaptive reuse project that will yield 33 multifamily units and 60,000sf of office and retail space. 

Design and construction teams are focused on preserving the past (the property will be listed on the historic register) while updating campus infrastructure and facilities.
