You’re invited to join ULI’s Women’s Leadership Initiative as we discuss Burnout: The Secret to Unlocking the Stress Cycle by Emily Nagoski and Amelia Nagoski. In Burnout, sisters Emily and Amelia analyze the stress that lies in the gap between what’s expected of women and the reality that many women live. Make it your New Year’s Resolution to learn how to effectively manage and minimize stress and live a more joyful life in 2022!
We will be gathering in Chattahoochee Food Works at The Works to chat about the book and how it relates to our lives and careers. Grab a drink or a bite to eat and join us for a great conversation! This event is open to all members of ULI.
Burnout can be purchased from major retailers or your favorite independent book seller. You can also listen to Emily and Amelia discuss the burnout cycle on the Ted Talks Daily podcast on Apple or Spotify.
