ULI Atlanta is excited to announce the release of a new report from ULI’s Advisory Services Panel (ASP) on behalf of Atlanta Housing (AH), the City’s housing authority. This report and the panel of national experts who informed it focused on how AH can alter its funding model from prior developments to its land, infrastructure and sustainability lessons from other markets, and how funding gaps can be filled in light of a leased-land model, among other things.
