Housing in the Evolving Atlanta Suburb

ULI’s Terwilliger Center for Housing, in partnership with RCLCO, released an in-depth study covering the evolution of urban and suburban housing markets. Specifically, it takes a fresh look at how we define urban verses suburban and the wide variety of housing characteristics and development opportunities.

On Tuesday, February 7th a panel came together to discuss the current trends, market variances, and changes in consumer preferences. While presenters, Adam Ducker and Stockton Williams zoomed in on the Atlanta market and suburbs.  See presentation HERE.
