YLG Leadership Exchange 2017
ULI Atlanta is excited to be hosting the 2017 ULI Young Leader Leadership Exchange on April 20th – 21st. Atlanta’s thriving real estate market coupled with the city’s history, diverse neighborhoods, and southern charm is guaranteed to excite. There’s no better way to talk about real estate development than to hear firsthand from a city founded on its principles. Come learn from Atlanta’s real estate and community leaders and discover why Atlanta remains the capital of the Southeast.
The Young Leader Leadership Exchange was established in 2008 as a program to facilitate the cross-collaboration and exchange of ideas and connections of Young Leaders across the United States. The program has featured cities including: Washington, DC; Philadelphia; New York; Boston; Chicago; Detroit; New Orleans; Miami; Denver; and Austin. This program provides the opportunity to network with other Young Leaders from around the United States, to learn more about the host city, and to meet the top developers and learn about the key transformative projects and opportunities of that host city.
Why should you attend?
- Expand Your National Network – The Leadership Exchange unites young real estate professionals across disciplines and throughout North America.
- Discover projects and meet stakeholders leading Atlanta and the Southeast’s growth.
- Explore Atlanta – Atlanta is booming and so is business. Come find out why!
We hope attendees will be inspired by Atlanta and bring similar innovative solutions back to their own cities and urban developments. The agenda is still being finalized, but you can expect to learn about and visit The Atlanta BeltLine – one of the country’s largest, most wide-ranging urban redevelopment programs currently underway; Ponce City Market – one of ULI’s 2016 Global Awards for Excellence winner (also voted one of the best food halls in the country); as well as other exciting projects. The program would not be complete without ample time for networking and exploring.
To facilitate a smooth and effective program, registration will be limited to 1 person per District Council. Registration is open to YLG members only located outside of the Atlanta District Council.
The registration cost will be $175.00 per person. Each attendee will be responsible for their travel and hotel expenses. Registration includes:
THURSDAY-Cocktails & appetizers at the Welcome Reception (dinner on your own) and
FRIDAY-Breakfast, lunch, and all ground transportation for the duration of the day’s agenda (8:00am-6:00pm).
